Returns & Exchange
You will need a guardian's approval when shopping if you are under 18 years old. All prices are SEK incl. VAT.
The colour of the products may differ in reality compared to the photographs. However, our aim is to picture them as truthfully as we can. None of the photographs or texts can be copied without our permission. Please contact us by e-mail as soon as possible if you receive a faulty delivery.

Changes & Returns
The customer always has 14 days right of return according to Swedish customer law. Right of return is not valid for custom-made products such as personalised charms and name plates, since they cannot be re-sold. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered to you, i.e. unused. The customer pays for the cost of return.
Our jewelry is punched by hand and there may be marks on the back. Since all jewelry products are hand made, they are all different. If you order more than one of the same design, they will not be identical.
We do not accept returns when the punching and the letters are not absolutely perfect, since that is what our design is supposed to be like.
If you wish to return or exchange your order, you need to enclose the receipt, invoice or delivery note to prove that the product was purchased from us.
In case of a return, the customer pays postage and is responsible for the condition of the items during transport. We will reimburse you as soon as possible via bank transfer. This normally takes seven working days from when we receive the item until the money is in your account. The postage paid will not be reimbursed, only the cost of the item/items.

In case of a complaint, we will reimburse you by bank transfer or PayPal. This will normally take seven working days from when we receive the item until the money is back in your account. We only reimburse after receiving the item.
For packages that are unclaimed and returned, a fee of 350 SEK will be added to cover additional shipping, packing and administration.
