How long is the delivery time?

Normally our delivery time is 5-7 working days. However, at times of promotions,  sales and holidays it might take slightly longer. Please mail us if you have questions about delivery times and if you wish to receive your order at a specific date. 

In November and December, please order well in advance when delivery time is slightly longer. 

How is my package sent?

We use PostNord. Small orders like jewellry or other little items are delivered in a bag and a padded envelope. Large items like polos, rugs and saddle pads are sent in an E-commerse bag. 

How much is the postage?

The cost depends on the weight and to which country the order is being sent. See further information under Shipping and Delivery.

Do you send worldwide?

Yes, we do!

Which payment methods?

You can pay using Swish, card, invoice via Payson and Paypal.

How do I place an order on your website?

Put the items you wish to purchase in the shopping cart. When you have finished shopping, you will come to the checkout. There is a column called "Lämna meddelande till kassan". That is where you write personalised texts and names.

Can I choose a different delivery address?

Yes, you can, at the checkout. 

Can I order outside of Sweden?

Absolutely! We ship worldwide. 

What if I wrote the wrong delivery address?

Mail us as soon as possible after you have noticed the mistake. Should your order seem odd to us, we will contact you too, on the mailaddress you submitted. 

What if I wrote the wrong text or name for the charms I ordered?

Mail us as soon as possible!

What if I completely forgot to write the text or names on the charms I ordered?

Mail us as soon as possible. If you have forgotten we will contact you by e-mail. We cannot sent your order until you have replied, no matter if you have paid or not. If you do not reply within 14 days, your order is cancelled. 

How do I return a product or regret my purchase?

Firstly, contact us by e-mail and explain why you want to return the product. Remember to read our terms at the checkout before you place your order. There are special terms for personalised orders such as charms. 

What do I do if the product is broken or the text is misspelt?

Mail us as soon as possible!
